The Joshibi Art and Culture students choose one Joshibi artwork and one Loughborough artwork, and conduct interviews with the artists before writing short “Curator Comments” about their impressions of the works in relation to the exhibition theme.In February 2022, as they were unable to go to the UK, the art and culture students participated in joint online art classes with Loughborough University students. They also participated in online English classes, and held a cultural exchange session with Loughborough students studying Japanese language.The results of their studies can be seen online and in this catalogueIt is my pleasure to work on this programme for the 7th year. It is also always interesting and inspiring to work with Loughborough faculty to co-develop the joint classes as part of this programme between Loughborough University and Joshibi University of Art and Design. I wish to express my deep felt appreciation to the Loughborough faculty and students for welcoming our students and making this such an enriching experience. I look forward to cultivating our friendship further in years to come. 芸術文化専攻生は、女子美術大学の作品とラフバラの作品をそれぞれ1点ずつ選び、作家へのインタビューを行った上で、展覧会のテーマに沿って作品の印象を「キュレーター・コメント」にまとめます。 2022年2月、芸術文化専攻の学生はイギリスに行くことができなかったため、ラフバラ大学の学生と合同でオンラインアート授業に参加しました。また、オンライン英語コースにも参加し、日本語を学ぶラフバラの学生との文化交流会を開催しました。 このカタログとオンライン展覧会で、女子美とラフバラの両学生が制作したポストカードをみることができます。 7年目を迎えてもこのプログラムに携わることができたことを嬉しく思っています。また、ラフバラ大学と女子美術大学のプログラムの一環として、ラフバラ大学の教員と共同で授業を開発することは、常に興味深く、刺激的なことです。 ラフバラ大学の先生方、学生の皆さん、女子美の学生を受け入れ、このような充実した経験をさせてくださったことに深く感謝いたします。この先、さらに友情を深めていくことを楽しみにしています。リンダ・デニス Linda DENNIS女子美術大学 教授 国内学習カリキュラム・展覧会プロジェクト作成・ラフバラ授業共同企画Professor, Concentration in Art and Culture, Joshibi University of Art and Design Japan Based Curriculum and Project DevelopmentUK Curriculum Co-Development
